Recharge ME
An inspiring and supportive exercise and wellness programme to help overcome chronic pain and fatigue.
Recharge your body and mind: your last stop!
Living with a chronic pain or fatigue condition can feel a bit like being in a maze. There's a lot of confusion, uncertainty, loss of direction and dead ends. The Symptoms and Improvement See-Saw: A balancing act.
When it comes to exercise to help manage chronic pain and fatigue it is important to get the 'dose' right. Just like your medication, you want the right type and amount of exercise prescribed for you. The tricky thing is that the type and amount of exercise that is 'right' can change on a day to day basis. That's where we come in. We will track your symptoms and how your body is responding to the exercise closely and adjust your programme accordingly so you get the most out of the effort you are putting in.
